individual

Individual therapy offers an invaluable resource to those dealing with specific concerns. The encounter is a gradual process that supports clients by processing their thoughts and learning new strategies to achieve self-awareness, self-acceptance, and improved emotional well-being. The treatment approach varies and is customized to the client’s individual needs.

group

Group therapy provides a supportive and safe environment that allows participants to connect on topics relevant to their concerns and treatment goals. The space encourages participants to share their narratives, engage in open dialogue, ask questions, and gain insight from various perspectives. Participants will receive honest feedback, directed assignments and healthy interaction.

Therhappie offers weekly workshops on a variety of topics.

couple

Couples therapy is designed for couples looking to gain a greater insight into the dynamics of their relationship by looking at their personal histories, patterns, values, roles, needs, and love languages. The process offers couples a space to process and learn new strategies to improve communication, manage conflicts, and cultivate deeper intimacy. After our counseling sessions, you and your partner will discover how to acknowledge and address your fears and how to release the uncomfortable emotions in a healthy way, while discovering the partner you knew was there for you all along.

Therhappie offers private couples therapy, couple support groups, couple retreats, and workshops.

family

Family therapy places focus on understanding the functioning of the family’s  dynamic; exploring their pattern of interactions and exchange of behaviors. The therapy process is an opportunity for family members to individually and collectively share their needs and perspectives as they work collaboratively with the clinician to address the concerns that led them to seek therapy—conflicts, major life events, transitions, or as an adjunct to individual therapy. Additionally to the family’s goal for treatment, this process aims to achieve improved cohesion, communication, coping techniques, and conflict resolution skills.

in-home therapy

In-home therapy is an intensive and valuable approach to gaining insight into a family’s dynamics. In the comfort of the clients’  home, the clinician works collaboratively with the clients to address the concerns that led them to seek therapy.
